THE OVERVIEW
THE CHALLENGE
Homeroom was heavily investing in advertising which was generating a high volume of leads each week, but with no standardized processes in place and a sales team that operated manually, I had to find ways to increase conversions and implement technology to support new sales processes and operations.
THE PROCESS
After analyzing all available data and consulting with the sales and marketing department, I was able to establish a foundation for building sales processes, automate manual work, integrate platforms, develop the reporting system, create new customer journeys and introduce new technologies to support the sales team.
THE RESULT
Over time, I developed over 150 processes that resulted in saving more than 1,000 working hours every month. The introduction of new customer journeys increased conversion rates by 10%. Furthermore, the implementation of real-time, automated reporting systems made all strategies and sales decisions data-driven.
OROOK
THE OVERVIEW
Orook is a seed-funded startup and SaaS platform that matches construction jobs and professionals across Europe and UAE.
THE CHALLENGE
The outreach strategy employed was mainly outbound and the sales cycle was typically over 6 months long. The customer success department had no clear KPIs, which resulted in low retention rates.
THE PROCESS
The process: I had to create an automated email strategy that will increase conversions and decrease the sales cycle. It was also necessary to develop KPIs for the customer success department which was crucial for increasing the upsell and retention rate.
THE RESULT
The result: The automated email marketing campaign resulted in capturing 200+ warm leads and 10% close rate. It triggered compulsive sales which reduced the sales cycle from 6 to 1 month.
SKALEUP

SkaleUp is a sales and marketing agency that helps B2B startups increase revenue & customer base by optimizing and narrowing the gap between marketing & sales.
THE CHALLENGE
SkaleUp had no processes in place and in a short period they had hired marketing and sales specialists. With outbound outreach as the main service, it was necessary to automate the whole sales department process, set up all platforms and tools and integrate them.
THE PROCESS
I was heavily involved in the establishment of the sales department, including hiring sales reps, onboarding them, setting up sales processes and automating them, and creating a real-time reporting system.
THE RESULT
The automated flows and sales processes that I put in place allowed the sales reps to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle requests from multiple clients, and the reporting system played a vital role in creating new strategies and improving the outreach system.
